At HomeGym, we provide free shipping on all fitness equipment orders. Our network of trusted carriers ensures timely delivery tailored to your needs.
Shipment Notifications
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Note that some carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking details after pickup.
If your order includes multiple items, you may receive separate deliveries. Each shipment will include a confirmation email listing its contents.
Delivery Timeframes
We prioritize speedy delivery with flexible shipping options at checkout:

- Freight: 10-12 business days

- Parcel orders placed by 12:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday, qualify for same-day shipping.
Holiday Delays:
Delivery times may extend slightly during peak periods, including Independence Day, Labor Day, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
Shipping Carriers
Most orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail (for smaller items). Ground shipments may include a non-refundable handling fee.
Freight Deliveries (150+ lbs):
- Freight carriers (e.g., YRC, XPO) will contact you to schedule delivery. A signature is required except for FedEx Freight Direct, which provides delivery photos as proof.
- Inspect items thoroughly before accepting delivery. Report damage or missing parts to the carrier immediately and document issues with photos/notes.
Third-Party Vendor Items
Select products on HomeGym are sold by external vendors (e.g., MuscleFuel Supplements). These items are subject to the vendor’s shipping fees and timelines, excluding our free shipping policy.
ShieldProtect Shipping Insurance
Add ShieldProtect at checkout to safeguard against lost, damaged, or stolen orders. Claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days for replacements or refunds.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Delivery Acceptance
All equipment leaves our warehouses in new condition.
